You may return or exchange all non-sale items* within 14 days of receipt. Items must be in the original condition, with tags attached, and sent via an insured, trackable method. IF YOU RETURN AN ITEM WITHOUT TAGS, WE CANNOT REFUND YOU. Original shipping fees are not refundable, and buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. If you received free shipping for your order, a shipping fee of $4.99 will be subtracted from your return. There is a flat fee of $4 to ship exchanges if you received free shipping for your order. Otherwise, we will ship your exchange for free.
*Custom made items (including gift boxes), personalized items, sale items, and items that were special ordered for you are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Orders shipped internationally are also final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us for measurements if you are ordering internationally and need help with sizing.
If you received a gift from our store, you may exchange it for other items of equal value or for store credit.
